This show is very clever, and stressing at the same time. But one thing that gets to me (in a good way), is that the main character "Dexter" always gets soooo close to getting caught and barely escapes! But it's a good thriller show, probably the best. It has it's own edge to it and it's always got a new spin that you just don't see coming. Characters that you hate at first you end up loving, and characters that you love you end up hating. But no matter what cruelties that Dexter can dish out to his pray, you never dislike him. It probably helps that his victims are dirt bag murders and rapists. But he just has the personality that's dry yet so energizing to the show. One character that I will mention that I could actually live without is Dexter's sister, her name isn't relevant, if you watch the show she sticks out like a giant pink hippo, only one with a large curse word vocabulary. In the end though, too much good out weighs any "bad' in the show so it automatically makes it worth watching.
